Why We Built This Site
Indiana calls the dated docket the chronological case summary, or CCS. MyCase can display public case data and selected documents, while the Harrison County Clerk maintains the official record. Circuit Court and Superior Court also handle different case pools. Bringing those roles together makes it easier to route a Harrison County question to the office that can answer it.
What You Will Find Here
- Local steps for criminal and civil docket searches
- Ways to locate and confirm court settings
- MyCase fields for name, cause-number, and citation searches
- Clerk routes for public documents and certified copies
What We Cannot Do
Harrison County Court Docket is not part of an Indiana court or agency. It cannot change a case, reset a hearing, issue a certified copy, remove or seal a record, give legal advice, or guarantee that a posted date or fee remains current.
Only the court or clerk that holds the original Harrison County record can certify it or confirm a current setting.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain tools supplied by outside search providers. Those providers control their results, terms, and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this site, but no outside result replaces Indiana MyCase or the originating clerk's official record.
